02Kommer min inspelning att time out under uppladdning eller bearbetning?+

Nej. Filer över 2 GB laddas upp direkt till lagring via en försignerad URL — begäran tar aldrig timeout i en webbläsarflik. Bearbetning använder en beständig jobbkö: även om du stänger webbläsaren fortsätter jobbet och du får ett e-postmeddelande när transkriptet är klart.

04Fungerar talardiarisering över en 10-timmars fil?+

Ja. Diarisering körs på hela filen efter att alla bitar är klara, inte oberoende på varje bit. Detta innebär att SPEAKER_01 i timme 1 är samma person som SPEAKER_01 i timme 9. Avdrift är vanligtvis under en felaktig tillskrivning per timme i kontrollerat ljud.

Ja. POSTA varje fil som ett separat jobb till /api/v1/jobs och ange en webhook-URL. Jobb bearbetas parallellt (beroende på plangränser för samtidighet). Business kör upp till 50 samtidiga jobb; Pro upp till 20. Inlämningar över den aktiva gränsen parkeras som `pending` och främjas automatiskt när en plats blir ledig — du kommer inte att hastighetsbegränsas vid inlämning.
