The marketing site renders in 110 locales; transcription itself supports 100+ languages with automatic detection.

- Speaker diarization ("who said what") on Pro and Business plans, with per-speaker rename and per-participant analytics
- Meeting bot — joins live Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls, records the meeting, and returns a transcript with speaker labels mapped to participant names; up to 120 min/meeting on Pro, 240 min/meeting on Business, unlimited on Enterprise
- AI-generated summary (TL;DR, key points, action items) on Pro and Business plans
- LLM post-processing presets — SOAP notes for medical documentation, MEDDIC qualification analysis for sales calls, theme extraction and code frequencies for focus-group research, structured meeting minutes
- Slack integration — post-meeting transcript and summary delivered to a Slack channel
- Source ingest from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Vimeo, LinkedIn, Facebook, and roughly 1,500 other direct media URLs

## Accuracy

On clear audio with one or two speakers, accuracy reaches 95%+ in most major languages. Quality drops with background noise, heavy accents, or overlapping speech. There is no claim of 99% accuracy.

- **Free** — $0/month — 30 minutes/month, 5 URL imports/month, 30-min file cap, 100 MB file cap, no diarization, no AI summary, all export formats unlocked (TXT, SRT, VTT, DOCX, Markdown, JSON, PDF), low-priority queue
- **Pro** — $19/month (or $9.50/month billed annually = $114/year) — 600 minutes/month, 10-hour file cap, 2 GB file cap, speaker diarization, AI summary, all export formats, REST API access, up to 20 concurrent jobs, standard queue priority, meeting bot up to 120 min/meeting
- **Business** — $49/month (or $24.50/month billed annually = $294/year) — 2,500 minutes/month, 10-hour file cap, 5 GB file cap, everything in Pro plus custom call-center evaluation criteria, up to 50 concurrent jobs, high-priority queue, meeting bot up to 240 min/meeting
- **Enterprise** — custom (contact sales) — unlimited minutes, 8-hour file cap, 5 GB file cap, unlimited meeting bot duration, up to 100 concurrent jobs, volume discounts and SLA

Annual billing is a 50% discount versus monthly on all paid tiers. Purchasing-power-parity (PPP) pricing applies automatically for users in qualifying regions, bringing Pro to roughly $9–14/month and Business to roughly $35–49/month depending on country. There is no per-minute pay-as-you-go.

## Privacy and data handling

- Source audio and video files are auto-deleted 24 hours after transcription completes
- Transcripts, summaries, and post-processing outputs persist in the user's account until manually deleted
- No training on customer data; no resale of transcripts
- Compliance posture documented per region (GDPR for EU/UK, LGPD for Brazil — see /privacy)
- HIPAA: no Business Associate Agreement is offered today; clinicians using the service must review their own compliance obligations before uploading PHI
